TokuDB v6.0: Download Available by Martin Farach-Colton.

From the post:

TokuDB v6.0 is full of great improvements, like getting rid of slave lag, better compression, improved checkpointing, and support for XA.

I’m happy to announce that TokuDB v6.0 is now generally available and can be downloaded here.

Are you familiar with any independent benchmark testing on TokuDB?

Not that I doubt the TokuDB numbers.

Thinking that contributing standard numbers to a more centralized resource would help with evaluations.

  1. Patrick,

I work at Tokutek and am the main benchmarker of our software. I’m happy to explain all of our benchmark configurations and results, just send me an email at tim@tokutek.com.

Also, I am always looking for new benchmarks to add to my suite. Do you know of any interesting benchmarks beyond TPC-C and Sysbench?

  2. Tim,

    Thanks!

I will be in touch with you about the benchmarks.

Don’t know of any benchmarks other than the ones you mention right off hand.

Hope you are having a great week!

    Patrick
