Bio4j release 0.7 is out !

A quick list of the new features:

  • Explore you database with the Data browser
  • Run queries with Cypher
  • Querying Bio4j with Gremlin

Wait! Did I say Cypher and Gremlin!?

Looks like this graph querying stuff is spreading. 🙂

Even if you are not working in bioinformatics, Bio4j is worth more than a quick look.
