DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of social media in strategic communication. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems. I think topic maps could be part of an approach that is revolutionary, not evolutionary.

I don’t have the infrastructure to field an application but if you do and have need for a wooly-pated consultant on such a project, give me a call.
